We would like to invite you to be a part of Serenity Wilderness Lodge's future legacy. Although we have money coming from conventional financing, we would like to offer you the chance to profit from a local project. We would prefer to have a community supported business, and in turn pay the interest to you!

How it works:

Individuals would have the opportunity to loan Serenity Wilderness Lodge money for use in building and development. The loans are secured by a legally binding promissory note.

Interest will be 5% per year and this interest will be paid to you annually. The complete principal will remain intact until you choose to withdraw it. This is not a share in Serenity Wilderness Lodge as your repayment will not fluctuate with the value of the business.

You may withdraw your principal investment any time after 2 years; however you will then miss out on the interest we are offering to pay to you. Withdrawals may take up to 30 days to process from the date of request.
